CPN (Maoist Center) Leader Arrested on Charges of Raping Minor
Bhuminanda Devkota, a leader associated with the CPN (Maoist Center), has been apprehended by authorities on charges of raping a 17-year-old girl residing in his house in Pepsicola, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32.
Devkota, originally hailing from Gorkha and having served as the personal secretary to Hisila Yami during her ministerial tenure, was taken into custody following a formal complaint lodged with the police. The complaint alleges that Devkota had been sexually assaulting the teenage girl for the past year.
