Defence Minister Upreti meets his Indian counterpart Singh

Defence Minister Hari Prasad Upreti met with his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh in Bangalore, India, on Monday.
During the meeting there was a discussion on further strengthening the relationship between the two countries and about military cooperation.
Minister Upreti, along with Deputy Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Saroj Pratap Rana, and Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Defense Baburam Adhikari, is currently in India to attend Aero India 2023— a biennial air show and aviation exhibition, organised by the Defence Exhibition Organisation and the Indian Ministry of Defence.
According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Nepal, a team including Minister Upreti left India at the invitation of the India’s Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh.
Minister Upreti is scheduled to return to Nepal on Friday.
