Federal Affairs Ministry Tasked with Resolving Pathibhara Cable Car Dispute

The Ministry of Home Affairs has delegated the responsibility of addressing disputes related to the construction of a cable car in the Pathibhara area to the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration.

According to Rishikesh Katiwada, an official at the Home Ministry, the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the Federal Affairs Ministry, which has now been assigned to regulate and resolve the ongoing issues. The decision follows concerns raised by various stakeholders regarding the project.

The Home Ministry has also urged the Federal Affairs Ministry to take necessary steps to address the concerns and ensure smooth progress in the cable car construction.
