Four arrested with Rs 23 mln unsourced money

The team of the Department of Revenue Investigation arrested four people with more than Rs 23 million from undisclosed sources today.
Director General of the Department, Nawaraj Dhungana, told Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS), that the team arrested Naresh Agrawal and his assistant with that amount.
The amount was found while the team of the Department raided the house of Agrawal, it was said. The seized amount is speculated to be of illegal ‘hundi’ transaction.
The Department is preparing to take the date from the court to detain the arrested ones for forwarding the investigation into the case, according to Director General Dhungana.
