Free medical camp held in Godawari
The Embassy of Pakistan in collaboration with Nepal-Pakistan Friendship and Cultural Association (NPFCA) organized a Free Medical Camp on Saturday at Shree Siddheshwor Basic School in Godawari Municipality, Lalitpur.
Mayor Godawari Municipality Gajendra Maharjan, Charge d’ Affaires of Embassy of Pakistan in Kathmandu Umair Ali, President of Nepal-Pakistan Friendship and Cultural Association Dr Manju Ratna Sakya and Chairman Godawari Municipality-3 Raj Ghimire jointly inaugurated the medical camp, the Embassy of Pakistan in Kathmandu shared.
Nepalis doctors and para-medical staff graduated from various medical institutions in Pakistan provided medical services for free in the camp.
More than 400 visitors were provided with free medical treatment and medicines in the camp.
Marking the beginning of the medical camp, Charge d’ Affaires Umar Ali said that the camp is a reflection of close people-to-people relations between Pakistan and Nepal and thanked the doctors and para-medical staff for upholding the spirit of serving humanity.
