Gold Prices Surge by Rs 1,000 per Tola

In a notable development in the domestic market, the price of gold experienced a significant surge today, escalating by Rs 1,000 per tola. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the current price of fine gold stands at Rs 138,400 per tola, while standard gold is being traded at Rs 137,750 per tola.

This spike marks a notable increase from the previous day’s rates, where fine gold was priced at Rs 137,400 per tola and standard gold at Rs 136,750 per tola. Investors and consumers alike are observing this sudden uptick, which may have implications for various sectors.

Furthermore, in tandem with the rise in gold prices, the value of silver has also seen an uptick, with an increase of Rs 5 today. Presently, silver is positioned at Rs 1,745 per tola in the domestic market.
