Government ensures to promote organic agricultural products

The government has promised to provide chemical fertilizer on time.

President Ram Chandra Paudel made this announcement during a meeting of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly.

The government plans to expand agricultural insurance and discourage the division of land to improve productivity. They will also promote organic agricultural products and support the production of organic fertilizers at the local level.

Furthermore, there will be an increase in subsidies for electricity charges used for irrigation. President Paudel shared these plans while presenting the government’s policies and programs for the upcoming fiscal year 2023/2024.
