Government Projects 6% Economic Growth for Upcoming Fiscal Year

In a significant revelation during today’s joint meeting of the federal parliament, Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun unveiled the government’s optimistic projection of a 6% economic growth for the forthcoming fiscal year of 2081/82. The announcement comes as part of the annual estimate of income and expenditure presented to the parliament, signaling the administration’s confidence in the country’s economic trajectory.

Minister Pun emphasized the government’s commitment to fostering economic resilience and sustainability amid prevailing global challenges. With a strategic focus on bolstering key sectors and implementing targeted policies, the administration aims to stimulate growth and enhance socio-economic development nationwide.

In addition to the growth forecast, Minister Pun also disclosed the government’s inflation estimate, pegging it at 5.5%.
