Heavy Rainfall Expected in Several Provinces

With the onset of the monsoon, heavy rainfall is anticipated in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces.

The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology reported that Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces are currently experiencing rainfall, with light to moderate rain in Lumbini and Karnali.

This afternoon, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is expected in parts of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini, and a few areas nationwide. Heavy rain is predicted tonight in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
