HoR to Discuss Appropriation Bill Today
The House of Representatives (HoR) is set to convene today at 11 am for a crucial meeting focusing on appropriations under the Appropriation Bill. Speaker Devraj Ghimire announced on Wednesday that discussions will primarily address allocations for three key ministries.
The ministries under scrutiny include the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, and the Ministry of Health and Population. These deliberations mark a significant step in the ongoing discussions on the Appropriation Bill, which commenced earlier this month.
Members of the HoR are expected to delve into the financial allocations and strategic plans proposed by these ministries, reflecting Nepal’s ongoing efforts to bolster economic sectors and social welfare initiatives.
