Janamat Party to Vote Against PM Dahal, Decides to Withdraw Support

The Janamat Party, under the leadership of CK Raut, has announced its decision not to provide a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’. The party has resolved to withdraw its support from the current government.

The decision was made during a crucial party meeting held in Kathmandu on Thursday. Dr. Sharad Singh Yadav, the spokesperson for the Janamat Party, confirmed that the party’s members unanimously agreed to oppose Prime Minister Dahal in the upcoming vote of confidence.

The recent formation of a new alliance between the Nepali Congress and the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) (CPN-UML) has led to a realignment of political forces.
