Manju Khand emerges after nine days, attends parliament meeting

Nepali Congress Member of Parliament (MP) Manju Khand has attended the parliamentary meeting.

Manju Khand, the wife of former Home Minister Balkrishna Khand, had been out of contact since her husband’s arrest on charges of involvement in creating false refugee identities for Nepali citizens.

However, she is currently present at the parliamentary meeting where the President is presenting the government’s policies and programs.

The former Home Minister Khand was arrested from his residence in Chabahil on May 10.
