Maoist’s Jamkattel appointed as Chief Minister of Bagmati Province

Shalikram Jamkattel, the parliamentary party leader of the Maoist Centre in Bagmati Province Assembly, has become the new Chief Minister of Bagmati Province.

Jamkattel, who submitted his claim with the support of 70 state assembly members, was appointed as the chief minister by state chief Yadav Chandra Sharma on Monday.
