Minister Urges Entrepreneurs to Embrace Electric Vehicles Amidst Government’s Focus on EV Promotion

The Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Prakash Jwala, has called upon entrepreneurs to prioritize electric vehicles (EVs) over fossil fuel-driven vehicles. During a meeting with taxi entrepreneurs on Thursday, Minister Jwala emphasized the urgency of transitioning to EVs in response to the current environmental challenges.

Addressing the gathering, Minister Jwala highlighted the government’s commitment to promoting EVs and announced plans to draft new laws that would incentivize and facilitate the adoption of cleaner transport solutions.
