Newly appointed IGP Kunwar meets PM Dahal

Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dheeraj Pratap Singh has reached Singhadurbar with the newly appointed IGP Basanta Bahadur Kunwar.

Soon after the government appointed Kunwar as IGP, the incumbent IGP and the newly appointed IGP went to meet Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.

Basanta Bahadur Kunwar was appointed as IGP by the government earlier today. A meeting of the Council of Ministers held today took a decision to this effect.
