No transfer based on prejudice-Minister Modi

Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Amanlal Modi has clarified that the ministry would not make the transfer of any employees on prejudice.

Anomalies surfaced in civil service administration would be addressed, Minister Modi said in his address to the fifth departmental convention of the Nepal National Employees Organization MOFAGA Chapter here today.

“It is not good for employees to continue working in the same place. But, it is clear no employee would be transferred on prejudice”, he added.

Sharing there were growing complaints about the engagement of employees in politics rather than in service delivery, Minister Modi directed the government employees to put people’s work in top priority.
