Oli to Decide UML’s Ministerial Team

The CPN-UML has delegated the responsibility of selecting ministers to its Chairman, KP Sharma Oli. This decision was made during the secretariat meeting held on Wednesday.
Secretary Padma Aryal stated, “The party chair himself is becoming the prime minister; he will know more about what kind of team to make.” This statement reflects the party’s confidence in Oli’s judgment to form an effective ministerial team.
Chairman Oli has invited suggestions from other leaders within the party for the selection process. However, the number of ministries and specific ministries have not yet been finalized with the coalition parties, including the Nepali Congress.
