Oman and UAE set to play historic ODI match at Mulpani Cricket Ground

The upcoming cricket match at the upper cricket ground of Mulpani between Oman and United Arab Emirates (UAE) is set to make history as the first one-day internationally recognized match to take place at this venue. Scheduled for Saturday, this much-anticipated semi-final match forms part of the ACC Premier Cup cricket tournament.

Confirming the international recognition of this ODI match, Acting Secretary of Nepal Cricket Association (CAN), Durgaraj Pathak, expressed his enthusiasm for the event. Both Oman and UAE are established ODI teams, and the match is expected to attract a large audience.

The recognition of this ODI match marks a significant milestone for the upper cricket ground of Mulpani, which will become the second ground in Nepal to receive ODI international recognition. The TU Cricket Ground was previously recognized as eligible for one-day international matches.
