Order to Register Petition Against DPM Lamichhane

The Supreme Court has ordered the registration of a writ petition filed against Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane, as well as Attorney General Dr. Dinmani Pokharel.

A single bench of Justice Tek Prasad Dhungana issued the order today to register the petition filed by Advocate Anupam Bhattarai. The petition challenges the validity of a letter issued by the Office of the Attorney General addressed to Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.
