PM Prachanda and UML Chairman Oli Discuss Political Issues, Budget Session of Parliament

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli convened at the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar on Thursday. The meeting, which lasted for approximately two hours, addressed several contemporary political issues.

Chairman Oli, speaking briefly to the media post-meeting, mentioned that the discussions included topics on current political dynamics. He emphasized that both the government and Parliament share the responsibility for calling the upcoming budget session, expressing optimism about its timely commencement.

“Discussions were held with the Prime Minister on contemporary politics, among other topics,” Oli stated.

The meeting saw Oli arriving at the Prime Minister’s office at 11:40 AM and departing from Singha Durbar at 1:53 PM. The discussions between the two leaders are seen as a step towards ensuring political stability and governance effectiveness in the country.
