PM Prachanda’s India Trip: Nearly One Crore Expenditure

A substantial sum of nearly one crore rupees from the state fund was utilized during the visit of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ to India.

According to an official statement released by the Ministry of Finance, a total of 95 lakh 27 thousand rupees were expended to cover the travel expenses of the delegation that accompanied Prime Minister Prachanda on his diplomatic trip to India.

Prime Minister Prachanda embarked on his visit to India on May 31, accompanied by a high-ranking delegation comprising key members of his government. Notable figures in the delegation included Prakash Jwala, the Minister of Physical Infrastructure, Shakti Bahadur Basnet, the Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, NP Saud, the Foreign Minister, Dr. Prakasharan Mahat, the Finance Minister, Ramesh Rijal, the Industry Minister, and even his own daughter, Ganga Dahal.

The delegation, under the leadership of Prime Minister Prachanda, concluded their visit and returned to Nepal on June 3.
