Prachanda walks out of PM’s residence, headed Balkot to meet Oli

Prachanda, Chairman of the Maoist Centre has left the meeting of the ruling coalition.

Just after leaving the meeting, he has headed towards Balkot to meet CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli.

In a meeting held this morning at the Prime Minister’s residence, Baluwatar, after the Nepali Congress took a stand that it could not leave the post of both the President and the Prime Minister, Prachanda left the meeting.

Sources said that he went directly to Balkot to discuss with Oli.

The call made by President Bidya Devi Bhandari to political parties for the formation of the new government, with a deadline of seven days, is ending today.
