President Paudel Receives Annual Report of Attorney General’s Office

In a special ceremony held at Sheetal Niwas on Tuesday, Attorney General Dr. Dinesh Mani Pokharel presented the annual report of the Office of the Attorney General for the fiscal year 2079/80 to President Ramchandra Paudel. The report highlighted significant achievements in the resolution of legal matters.

According to the report, out of the 14,289 cases, writs, and petitions filed by the Attorney General’s Office at the apex court, a commendable 2,914 were successfully settled. This success rate accounts for 41.28 percent of the government side’s involvement in the disposed cases.
