Rastriya Swatantra Party Organizes Two-Day Workshop to Enhance Leadership Capacity

The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is hosting a two-day closed camp workshop at its central office to bolster the capabilities of its party leaders. The workshop, which commenced this morning, aims to provide in-depth training and discussions on various aspects of party management and leadership.

According to the party’s Acting Spokesperson, Manish Jha, the workshop will focus on several key areas, including party ideology, organizational structure, political values, parliamentary affairs, leadership development, and party-building initiatives. These discussions are designed to strengthen the leaders’ understanding and effectiveness in their roles.

The workshop is attended by a total of 50 leaders, including central office-bearers, central committee members, and heads of central departments. This intensive training is part of the party’s effort to enhance its leadership and operational effectiveness.
