RSP’s Potential: Toshima Karki Sees 2084 Government as Catalyst for Country’s Transformation
Rastriya Swatantra Party lawmaker Toshima Karki said that the state has allocated only 0.16 percent of the budget for the youth.
During the ward meeting and committee formation program of RSP in Lalitpur Metropolitan City, lawmaker Karki emphasized the need to retain the youth within the country and urged the state to create an environment conducive to that goal.
Similarly, she pointed out that the country has reached its current situation due to a lack of experts and suggested that future politics should be conducted by experts.
“The country has reached its current state due to the lack of experts. Healthcare has not reached households, and quality education has not been achieved. Therefore, the politics of the future should be the politics of experts,” she asserted. “The state should aim to retain the youth in the country, shouldn’t it? In a nation with 42 percent youth, allocating only 0.16 percent of the budget for the youth seems inadequate. Can we expect the youth to remain in the country with such a budget? Are we attempting to create a nation solely for the elderly and children?”
MP Karki emphasized that in order to realize the vision of RSP, a government of RSP is essential.
She expressed confidence that with continued support and cooperation, this dream will come to fruition by the year 2084.
MP Karki also predicted the formation of an RSP government in 2084, which will play a pivotal role in building the nation.
