
Shankaracharya Nishchalananda Saraswati to be special guest for Mahashivaratri


Shankaracharya Nishchalananda Saraswati of Govardhan Math in Jagannathpuri, India will be the special guest for this year’s Mahashivaratri, a festival of the Hindus.
Nischalananda Saraswati, an expert of Eastern philosophy, has been invited as a special guest for the Mahashivaratri festival, said Rewatiraman Adhikari, spokesperson of Pashupati Area Development Trust.
Nischalananda Saraswati is scheduled to arrive in Kathmandu on February 16. The Mahashivaratri festival falls on February 18 this year.
