Snowfall Graces Chandragiri Hills [Photos]

After the rain earlier this afternoon, heavy snowfall has been occurring on the hills surrounding federal capital Kathmandu.

On Chandragiri Hill, situated on the southwest side of the Kathmandu Valley and known as a popular tourist destination, it has been snowing since this afternoon.

“Today, Chandragiri is blanketed in snow,” Basu Dev Neupane, the priest of Bhaleshwar Temple located on Chandragiri Hill, told epardafas, “this is the second snowfall of the year in Chandragiri.”
