Tragic End for Noted Blood Donor Arjun Mainali

Arjun Mainali, a noted blood donor whose altruistic efforts garnered widespread admiration, has tragically been found dead after he went missing subsequent to posting an emotional message on Facebook earlier this week.

Mainali, recognized for his remarkable contributions, had donated an impressive 102 liters of blood across 206 occasions during his lifetime, earning him significant recognition. However, his life came to a devastating end in what appears to be a case of self-immolation amidst a domestic dispute.

The distressing discovery was made as Mainali’s charred remains were found inside a rented vehicle at Latta Nature Preserves park in North Carolina, USA. Purushottam Dhakal, a non-resident Nepali residing in America, conveyed the grim news, expressing shock and disbelief at the tragic turn of events.

“I am shocked to hear that Arjun Prasad Mainali, a renowned blood donor who always helped and encouraged people in their every doom and gloom, was found self-immolated inside a rented car in the Quest Park in North Carolina,” Dhakal shared on his Facebook account.

According to Dhakal’s account, Mainali had left for the park in the early hours of the morning due to familial tensions. The sight of Mainali’s severely burnt body inside the vehicle paints a grim picture of the circumstances surrounding his demise.
