Turkey to open embassy in Kathmandu

Turkey is establishing an embassy in Kathmandu in a near future.
In a telephone conversation between Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Narayan Khadka and his Turkish counterpart, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu decided to open a Turkish embassy in Kathmandu.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), by issuing a statement said, “In view of the growing relations between the two countries, the two ministers agreed to establish the Turkish mission here in the near future.
The two ministers also exchanged views on a wide range of issues of mutual interest in a meeting.
