Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha has said yoga itself is a traditional medical practice and lifestyle.
Addressing the yoga camp organised at Armed Police Force Nepal Headquarters today, DPM Shrestha mentioned that yoga should inspire to live a healthy life with positive energy by maintaining discipline as it is scientific and practical.
He opined that a camp would be run at home administration and security bodies under the Home Ministry in order to make yoga and meditation regular.
DPM Shrestha further said the entire human society could be made positive if yoga could be adopted as a way of life and culture.
Home Secretary Dinesh Bhattarai, Inspector General Basnta Kunwar, APF Inspector General Raju Aryal, retired APF IGs and APF AIGs had attended the programme.
