RPP Chair Alleges Top Political Leaders Involved in Corruption Scandals
Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden on Thursday, accusing the top leaders of major political parties of being embroiled in corruption scandals. Lingden’s claim has raised doubts about the integrity of these leaders and has generated widespread interest and concern among the public.
Speaking at an anti-corruption demonstration held in Basantapur, Kathmandu, Lingden alleged that the leaders of major political parties have formed a clandestine consensus to engage in corrupt practices. He pointed out that despite the exposure of numerous corruption cases, political parties have strayed from their intended path as commissions are established and investigations conducted.
Lingden stressed that the continuous involvement of major political parties in various corruption scandals serves as evidence that confirms a long-standing belief. He remarked, “There has always been a notion of an all-party consensus, and recent developments only strengthen this belief.”
