Corruption Case Filed Against Mahesh Shah for Fake Educational Documents

A corruption case has been filed against Mahesh Shah in the Special Court. Shah stands accused of working as a relief teacher at Shree Dasharath Secondary School in Kailali, Nepal, by submitting fraudulent educational documents.

The case was brought to the attention of the Special Court, which acted upon evidence that Shah had been teaching at Shree Dasharath Secondary School, located in Sadepani, Ghodaghodi Municipality, by presenting counterfeit educational credentials.

Bhola Dahal, the Spokesperson for the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), revealed that a complaint petition was submitted to the CIAA, prompting an investigation into Shah’s educational qualifications.

During the investigation, it was discovered that the certificate from the Secondary Education Council, Uttar Pradesh, Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, Rajkiya Hussainabad Inter College, India, was determined to be fake.

In light of these findings, Mahesh Shah has been found guilty under the provisions of “The Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 (2002 A.D.), Clause 16, sub-clause 1.” Consequently, a charge sheet has been filed against him in the Special Court on Friday at 1 PM.
