Chinese Delegation Meets with Vice President Yadav to Strengthen Nepal-China Relations

A visiting delegation led by Secretary Wang Junzheng of the Chinese Communist Party from the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China paid a courtesy call on Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav at his office earlier today.

The meeting took place at the Vice President’s office located in Lainchaur, where both sides discussed various aspects of Nepal-China relations, as reported by the Office of the Vice President.

Vice President Yadav acknowledged that the Tibet Autonomous Region serves as a crucial gateway for Nepal-China bilateral engagement in trade, tourism, culture, and various other areas of mutual interest. He expressed his belief that the visit would contribute to further strengthening the relationship between the two countries.

During the meeting, Chinese Communist Party Tibet Autonomous Region Secretary Wang Junzheng emphasized that his visit aimed to focus on the implementation of agreements reached during the recent visit by Nepali Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ to China.

The meeting marks another step in nurturing the friendship and collaboration between Nepal and China, with both sides committed to deepening their relations and cooperation in various spheres.
