Deuba Calls CWEC meeting on December 15

Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has announced the convening of a crucial meeting of the Central Work Execution Committee (CWEC) on December 15. This decision comes in the wake of the recent postponement of the Mahasamiti meeting, stirring anticipation for key discussions on party matters.

The CWEC meeting is scheduled to take place at the NC Central Office in Sanepa, commencing at 12:45 PM on Friday, as disclosed by Krishna Prasad Poudel, the Chief Secretary of the NC Central Office. Poudel emphasized that the meeting’s agenda will encompass three vital topics: preparations for the deferred Mahasamiti meeting, the aftermath of the recent Jajarkot earthquake, and a comprehensive review of prevailing political issues.
