EC Presents By-Election Results to President Paudel

The Election Commission of Nepal has officially submitted the results of the recent by-elections to President Ramchandra Paudel. Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya handed over the report during a meeting at Shital Niwas on Thursday.

The by-elections, held on April 27, filled seats in both the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assembly. Voters from Ilam constituency-2 elected Suhang Nembang of the CPN (UML) as their representative in the House of Representatives. Meanwhile, Daman Bhandari of CPN (UML) secured a victory in the Provincial Assembly for Bajhang constituency 1(a).
