Former Jeetpursimara Mayor Krishna Paudel Found Dead

Former Mayor of Jeetpursimara Sub-metropolitan City in Bara, Krishna Paudel, has been discovered dead.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Dadhiram Neupane, the spokesperson of Bara District Police Office, confirmed the incident, stating that Paudel’s lifeless body was found in his residence in Jeetpursimara-2, Simara on Thursday evening.

The local police have swiftly responded to the scene and have initiated an investigation into the matter. While the cause of his death remains undisclosed, authorities are diligently working to determine the circumstances surrounding his passing.

Krishna Paudel, apart from his role as the former mayor, also served as the secretary of the CPN-UML Madhesh Province committee. His contributions to the cooperative sector in Bara were significant, and he was elected as the mayor in 2017. This untimely loss has left the community in shock and mourning.
