Gold Prices Surge by Rs 600 per Tola

In a notable uptick, the price of gold in the domestic market witnessed a significant rise of Rs 600 per tola on Tuesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. The precious yellow metal is now being traded at Rs 120,500 per tola, marking a considerable increase from Monday’s rate of Rs 119,900 per tola.

Tejabi gold, known for its distinct quality, is also experiencing a surge in its market value, currently being traded at Rs 119,900 per tola as compared to Rs 119,350 per tola on the previous day.

Meanwhile, silver prices are holding steady at Rs 1,485 per tola.

Market analysts attribute this sudden spike in gold prices to various global and domestic factors, including changes in international market trends, geopolitical developments, and fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
