Government Extends Rs 10 Lakh Relief to Families of 10 People Killed in Israel

In response to the recent tragic events in Israel stemming from a Hamas attack, the Government of Nepal has taken decisive steps to assist the affected families. The Council of Ministers has announced a financial compensation of Rs 10 lakh for each family that lost a member in the incident.

The Ministry of Finance, responsible for overseeing the disbursement of relief funds, revealed that the allocated funds have been promptly distributed to the respective District Administration Offices. This move is aimed at providing immediate assistance to the families of Nepali citizens who tragically lost their lives in the attack.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Finance disclosed that a sum of Rs 995,000 has been earmarked for the medical treatment of President Ram Chandra Paudel. The allocation reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring comprehensive support in the wake of this distressing event.
