President Paudel Observes Fallen Berlin Wall During Official Visit to Germany

President Ramchandra Poudel today visited various historic sites, including the iconic fallen Berlin Wall. Currently on an official visit to Germany, the President was accompanied by First Lady Sabita Poudel and other members of the visiting delegation.

President Poudel arrived in Germany on Saturday, accepting a friendly invitation from the President of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier. According to the Nepali Embassy in Berlin, President Poudel is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with President Steinmeier later today in the German capital.

Before arriving in Berlin, President Poudel was a keynote speaker at the high-level event of the 112th International Labour Conference of the International Labour Organization (ILO). He also attended the inaugural session of the Global Alliance for Social Justice.
