Property worth Rs 3 million gutted in fire

Property worth Rs 3 million turned into ashes when Krishna Ladies and Gents Tailors caught fire in Saptari district this morning. The Tailors is located at Rupani road of Rajbiraj.

The fire destroyed 19 sewing machines, four electric machines and customers’ clothes, said proprietor of the Tailors, Rohit Kumar Sah.

Reason behind the fire has not been ascertained. Locals, police and fire engines from Rajbiraj doused the flame. Investigation into the incident was underway, according to the District Police Office.
