SC Clears Path for Probe Against Madhav Nepal and Baburam Bhattarai

The Supreme Court has ordered the investigation of former Prime Minister and Minister in the Lalita Niwas land grab case.

A joint bench of Justice Anil Kumar Sinha and Dr. Kumar Chudal ordered an investigation also against the policy makers.

With this order from the Supreme Court, the way of investigation has been opened for former prime ministers Madhav Kumar Nepal and Baburam Bhattarai.
