Silence Period Begins for By-Elections in Ilam-2 and Bajhang-1

The silence period for the upcoming by-elections in Ilam-2 and Bajhang-1 (A) commenced today, as confirmed by the Election Commission. This critical phase, mandated under the Election Code of Conduct, 2079, will continue until the close of polls on April 27, ensuring a conducive environment for free and fair voting.
