Sri Lankan Ambassador Meets CoAS Sharma

Chief of the Army Staff (CoAS) General Prabhu Ram Sharma and Sri Lankan Ambassador to Nepal, Sudarshana Pathirana, engaged in a high-level meeting at Jangi Adda, the headquarters of the Nepali Army. The meeting aimed at addressing various issues concerning the bilateral relations between Nepal and Sri Lanka.

During the discussions, both exchanged views on strengthening the ties between the two nations and explored avenues for collaboration in areas of mutual interest. The meeting was characterized by a cordial atmosphere, fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and cooperation.

The Nepali Army expressed optimism regarding the positive impact of such interactions on the relationship between Nepal and Sri Lanka. Officials believe that regular engagements and discussions at this level play a crucial role in enhancing understanding, trust, and cooperation between the two nations.
