Suhang Nembang Commits to Boosting Ilam’s Development

Suhang Nembang, the newly elected representative of Ilam, has pledged to concentrate his efforts on tackling the pressing concerns of his constituency. After winning the by-election, Nembang emphasized his dedication to Ilam’s development, attributing his success to the constituents’ support.

During a swearing-in ceremony held at the Federal Parliament Secretariat in Singha Durbar, and officiated by Speaker Devraj Ghimire, Nembang shared his plans with the media. He expressed his intent to enhance policies promoting key sectors like agriculture, education, health, and tourism.

Nembang, drawing inspiration from the legacy of his late father, former lawmaker Subas Chandra Nembang, promised to advocate vigorously for Ilam’s development needs and governance reforms. “A lot of development work has progressed in Nepal. However, due to weaknesses in governance, the expected results have not been achieved,” he noted, calling for united efforts to effectively implement the constitution.

Reflecting on his father’s unfinished work, MP Nembang is committed to fulfilling those responsibilities and upholding his father’s vision for the betterment of Ilam.
