Three Non-Resident Ambassadors Appointed

President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed non-resident ambassadors for three countries. Bharatraj Paudyal, Nepal’s resident ambassador to Canada, has been appointed as the non-resident ambassador to Cuba.

Similarly, Dhan Bahadur Oli, Nepal’s resident ambassador to Thailand, has been appointed as the non-resident ambassador to the Republic of Vietnam. Nirmalraj Kafle, Nepal’s resident ambassador to Brazil, has been designated as the non-resident ambassador to Venezuela. The appointments were made according to the office of the President.

President Paudel made these appointments under Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
