Tug-of-war for government formation: Dahal at PM’s official residence

A meeting of Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba and CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal is currently underway at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

From the meeting, Prime Minister and Nepali Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba is expected to give a clear answer to Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” that whether he is allowing Prachanda to take over as the Prime Minister.

The meeting is expected to discuss in detail to finalize a power-sharing deal between the two parties.
