Uddhav Thapa Resigns as Leader of NC Koshi Province Parliamentary Party

Uddhav Thapa, the leader of the Nepali Congress Koshi Province parliamentary party, has tendered his resignation. His decision comes in the wake of Kedar Karki from the Congress being appointed Chief Minister against the ruling coalition’s decision, citing ethical reasons for his resignation.

Thapa expressed that due to recent developments in the provincial government formation process, he believes it is not morally appropriate for him to continue as the party’s leader. Nevertheless, he remains dedicated to the party’s policies, principles, and ideals.
