UN Secretary General Enjoys Boat Ride on Phewa Lake in Pokhara

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres had a delightful boat ride on Phewa Lake in Pokhara. On Monday evening, he enjoyed a serene motorboat ride, circling the picturesque lake.

Earlier, he visited the impressive Mahadev statue in Pokhara 22, Pumdibhumdi, and also observed the snow chain surrounding the area.

Scheduled for the following day, Guterres is set to embark on a journey to the Annapurna base camp via an army helicopter. This visit to the Annapurna base camp is part of his mission to gain firsthand insights into the impact of climate change.
