Discussion with complainants begins in parliamentary hearing committee meeting

A discussion with the complainants who filed a lawsuit against the Chief Justice has begun in the Parliamentary Hearing Committee. Out of the total 29 complainants, 23 took part in the discussion in today’s meeting of the Committee.

In the meeting, Pashupati Shumsher JBR, who chaired the meeting as senior most member, said a discussion on cases would get first priority in view of their sensitivity.

Earlier, the Committee member lawmaker Janardan Sharma ‘Prabhakar’ stressed the need for holding a deliberation on cases by classifying them in terms of their sensitivities. Lawmaker Mahesh Bartaula viewed that the cases should be discussed as per the need and their sensitivities.
