Embassy of Pakistan relocates its chancery
12th Jul 2023
The Embassy of Pakistan in Nepal has relocated its chancery from Narayan Gopal Chowk on the Ring Road to a new address in Maharajgunj.
The embassy’s new address is situated on Chundevi Road, behind Nirmal Niwas.
The newly relocated chancery is situated near the embassies of Brazil and Sri Lanka.
The decision to relocate the chancery comes after years of operating from rented buildings, despite owning a plot of land behind Shankha Park along the Ring Road. However, no concrete plans have been announced yet regarding the construction of a dedicated embassy building on the owned plot.
